Planning The Ceremony

Civil marriage ceremonies, including the signing of the certificates, are by their very nature short- usually of 12 to 15 minutes duration depending on your selections, though they can range from 7 to 30 minutes.

​

I encourage my couples to experiment to make their ceremony personal and meaningful, rather than something off the shelf.

Consider extracts from wedding cards, passages from books, poems, your own creations etc.

I provide my couples with a Ceremony Selection Guide, to assist you to determine the content of your ceremony.
